Are you curious about the finance industry and enjoy building relationships over the phone? As an Appointment Booker at Danske Bank, you will have the opportunity to develop your customer contact skills while contributing to the bank's success by creating new business opportunities.
About the Role
As an Appointment Booker, you will become an important part of a team working with outbound calls for Danske Bank. You represent the bank and are often the first point of contact for both new and existing customers. Through professional conduct and first-class service, you contribute to creating new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with customers. Together with your team, you will continuously work to develop and improve your working methods to create even greater value for the bank's customers.
In the role of Appointment Booker, your main responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contacting both existing and potential customers to generate interest.
- Handling incoming inquiries and booking meetings with advisors.
- Acting as a link between the customer and the advisor, answering questions about the bank's services.
- Providing professional and personal service that builds trust and strengthens the relationship with the bank.
The role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. The assignment is a 6-month consultancy contract via Adecco with good possibilities for extension. The desired start date is as soon as possible.
About You
We are looking for someone who wants to grow in a role where communication, customer contact, and business acumen are central. You are results-oriented and driven, with a natural sense of service and a strong customer focus. You quickly build trust, generate interest among customers, and drive dialogues forward towards common goals.
Furthermore, you have a genuine interest and curiosity for the banking and finance industry and are driven to constantly develop in your role. You are persistent and goal-oriented in your work, motivated by achieving results – both individually and together with your team.
Key Requirements:
- Completed high school education, preferably with a focus on economics, or a strong interest in the field.
- You enjoy daily customer contact.
- Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good English skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is an asset.
