Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with ServiceNow expertise for a project in a complex ITSM environment. In this role, you will analyze and improve existing processes while contributing to efficiency and increased automation within the organization's platform. You will play a key part in driving change by ensuring that both technical and business needs are met, while advocating for standardization and reduced technical debt.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for analyzing and mapping existing workflows within the platform and ITSM environment. You will identify bottlenecks, unnecessary steps, and opportunities for automation, and drive improvement initiatives through process changes, configuration adjustments, and integrations. You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to create understanding, buy-in, and acceptance of changes. Furthermore, you are responsible for documenting implemented changes and ensuring the work aligns with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working within ITSM and a solid understanding of the field
• Good knowledge of the ServiceNow platform's capabilities
• Previous experience with ServiceNow projects focusing on minimizing customizations and technical debt, working more “out-of-the-box”
• Experience with an agile working method
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process optimization and automation within ITSM environments
• Experience with change management and stakeholder management

Conditions

• Extent: Full-time (100%)
• Project period: April 20, 2026 – December 31, 2026
• Working hours: 40 hours/week, approx. 8 hours/day
• Location: Linköping or Solna
• Work is performed on-site at the office
• Travel within the project may occur
