About the Role
We are currently seeking a Receptionist and Switchboard Operator for an exciting government agency in Norrköping. In this role, you will be a central part of the agency's service function, contributing to a professional and welcoming reception for both external visitors and internal contacts. You will work closely with several internal departments to strengthen security efforts and ensure efficient internal service.
In this role, you will also act as an ID Administrator for EFOS (E-identity for the Public Sector). This means you will be responsible for photographing and issuing ID documents, maintaining order in the ID environment, and supporting other ID Administrators across the country. You will also handle incoming cases in the case management system, orders in the agency's e-commerce system, and ensure that meeting rooms in the conference center are kept in good condition. Your tasks also include simple mail handling and administration related to the agency's parking solutions.
Contract Period and Scope:
The position as Receptionist / Switchboard Operator is a full-time consulting assignment starting as soon as possible and is expected to last for approximately 4 months.
Regular staff will be on vacation during weeks 24 and 27-30. The consultant must be able to work during these weeks, together with a summer temporary employee. During other weeks, the consultant has the possibility of taking vacation if desired.
Requirements for the Position:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• At least six (6) months of work experience as a receptionist and/or switchboard operator
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Experience using telephone switchboards and referral systems
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Please note that this assignment is security-classified as the agency conducts security-sensitive operations. A security clearance, including a security interview and background check, will therefore be conducted on the final candidate.
