Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a meticulous and service-oriented transport and export administrator for our client in Vadstena, who operates within the manufacturing industry. The assignment is initially a summer job during the period of June to August, and it is therefore important that you are available to work throughout this time. There is a good chance of extension even after the period.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Notify sales companies of completed goods
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, and freight documents
• Create invoice and delivery note templates in SAP
• Label goods for pickup
• Book transport via air, sea, and road
• Prepare export documents such as export licenses, certificates, and letter of credit documents
• Handle intercompany invoicing and notifications

In this role, you will work closely with both internal departments and external carriers to ensure efficient and smooth deliveries.

Your Profile

To fit into the role, we believe you enjoy an administrative position where structure, planning, and collaboration are a natural part of your daily work. You have experience in customs, transport booking, or export administration and are used to working in a fast-paced environment with many points of contact. You work in a structured manner, are meticulous and responsible, and have a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.

You have good computer skills and experience with business systems, preferably SAP, and you are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you also have an education in customs, transport, or similar, we consider it an advantage.
