We are now looking for a purchasing administrator for one of our clients in Norrköping. The assignment starts immediately, but no later than April 1, 2026, and lasts until October 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension. The assignment is a consultancy position and takes place on-site at the client's location.

About the assignment As a purchasing administrator, you will contribute to developing and structuring internal processes and routines for the client's purchasing unit, with a particular focus on orders within e-commerce. The role of purchasing administrator is close to operations and involves administrative and coordinating support within the purchasing function.

Your tasks

• Develop and document internal processes and routines related to purchasing and e-commerce

• Register and administer new suppliers

• Ensure that price lists and items are made orderable

• Provide support to users regarding e-commerce and contract catalog inquiries

• Administer contract updates in existing systems

• Handle administrative tasks within the purchasing unit, such as: - Orders and quote requests - Contract extensions - Follow-ups and price adjustments - Archiving

Your qualifications

• High school or equivalent education, YH education as a purchaser or equivalent education, alternatively other education focused on purchasing/procurement at the university level

• At least (1) year of work experience as a procurement assistant

• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
