About the nearest team The Agro business is a sales group of 5 people working towards the agricultural sector with a focus on selling and delivering sludge used as plant nutrients on fields. The group is responsible for the entire chain – from finding and contacting customers, selling and writing contracts to taking soil samples, booking transports, and ensuring that the sludge is handled and spread correctly. It is a team with broad competence and overall responsibility for both customer relations and practical delivery. About the role In this role, you will work independently in the field across Sörmland and Östergötland, spending a lot of time driving and maintaining close contact with customers and drivers over the phone. Workdays vary greatly – one morning may start early by meeting a truck driver, followed by further coordination in the field, administrative work, and planning for the next day's tasks. The pace is largely dictated by the weather: in good weather, the work is fast and logistics-intensive, while rainy days involve more administration and phone contact. The role requires flexibility, a problem-solving approach, and the ability to handle sudden changes when conditions change at short notice. Examples of tasks: -Sell sludge and work with recycling plant nutrients through the spreading of sewage sludge to arable land, primarily to farmers. -Perform both administrative and practical tasks, such as soil and salmonella sampling. -Maintain close customer contact through customer visits and meet drivers in the field during deliveries. -Coordinate work between production managers, farmers, the sales group, and truck drivers – you are the spider in the web and act as a service function. -Plan trips in consultation with the salespeople and carry out car trips within your work area. Requirements

• Educated Agronomist or Agricultural Manager or relevant experience in Agricultural Management
• Knowledge of sludge
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• B driver's license
