At DC Talents, we are now helping our client find a Receptionist who wants to deliver first-class service to both internal staff and visitors.

This is a consulting assignment for an initial period of 6 months where you will be employed by DC Talents and leased to the client, located in Norrköping.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This receptionist position is perfect for you who thrive in a social and service-oriented environment. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute with good service, take your own initiatives, and develop in a varied work role.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

• Staff the reception and welcome visitors
• Provide good service to office staff and external visitors
• Handle phone calls through the switchboard and perform simpler administrative tasks

In this role, you often work independently; you have a solid foundation in clear routines to rely on but are also encouraged to be proactive and solution-oriented in your work.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with previous experience from other service professions, such as reception, restaurant, or retail, and if you have experience handling calls from working in customer service or telemarketing, that is a big plus. Regardless, you need to feel comfortable handling inquiries both during physical visits and over the phone. For this position, it is a requirement that you have good computer skills and are proficient in the Office suite.
