Do you want to work closely with operations in a technically advanced and expanding environment? We are now looking for a Contract/Project Controller for Aviation Services within a leading company in the defense and aviation industry. Here you will have a central role in the financial management of a larger contract/project with several parallel commitments and prospects.

About the assignment

As a Contract/Project Controller (CON3), you will be responsible for the financial follow-up and management of a larger contract/project. You will work in close partnership with the contract manager/project leader and act as an economic co-pilot focused on creating business value, ensuring compliance, and delivering early financial indicators to management.

The role involves:

• Monitoring and analyzing financial outcomes against budget and forecasts
• Driving budget and forecasting processes for the current contract/project
• Analyzing actual and forecasted values and identifying deviations
• Assessing the financial impact of plan changes, risks, and opportunities
• Initiating and following up on actions to strengthen the project's financial results
• Ensuring compliance with internal accounting principles and regulations
• Contributing to increased transparency and the development of processes, systems, and internal controls in close collaboration with other controllers

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in economics
• Several years of experience in contract/project controlling
• Business-oriented approach and good understanding of project operations
• Basic project management knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with Unit4/Agresso
• Experience with Mercur
• Experience with IFS

Other

Security clearance is required for the assignment and may involve citizenship requirements.
