We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented full-time administrator in Linköping for one of our clients. The position is suitable for those who enjoy administrative tasks, have a good sense of order, and want to work in a varied role with many points of contact.

About the position

As an administrator, you play a central role in the daily operations and are responsible for ensuring that administrative processes function effectively. You work closely with colleagues in different parts of the organization and contribute to a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming inquiries via phone and email
  • Administrative support to managers and employees
  • Registration, documentation, and archiving
  • Booking meetings and managing calendars
  • Updating internal systems and registers
  • Preparation of simpler reports and summaries
Qualifications
  • Experience in administrative work is an advantage
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
  • Strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner
  • Service-oriented with good collaboration skills

Meritorious

  • Experience with business or case management systems
  • Previous work in an office environment
  • Knowledge of English
