We are looking for someone who wants to work as a payroll administrator with an interest in HR-related issues. Are you also service-oriented, have high integrity, and the ability to independently and systematically drive projects and cases? The HR department is responsible for the entire payroll process for all Swedish companies in the group and contributes to making Sectra one of Sweden's best employers by assisting managers and employees with issues related to salaries, labor law, contracts, benefits, and global mobility. In a growing organization like Sectra, this work involves both developing and implementing systems and processes that increase efficiency and quality in the basic service to staff and being able to act as support for managers in various matters.

For this position, we also have the following requirements:

• Relevant education in HR, payroll, or economics.
• You have a good understanding and knowledge of the entire payroll process and payroll systems through education or experience.
• Interest in HR issues.
• Are communicative, attentive, and have a strong service mindset.
• High integrity, a strong sense of order, and attention to detail.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

It is a great advantage if you also:

• Have experience working in Flex HRM.
• Have worked with employment contracts, labor law issues, benefits.
• A strong commitment outside of studies or work in associations, sports, music, theater, or other hobbies.
• Have studied or worked outside of Sweden.
• Can speak more languages than Swedish and English.
