Your Responsibilities

As a Project Controller in the real estate department, you will play a central role in the financial management of larger construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and contribute with follow-up, analysis, and control to ensure that projects are executed according to plan – on time, financially, and in accordance with IFRS. Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting project managers in the preparation and follow-up of forecasts (FC), budgets, payment plans, and financial goals

• Responsible for ongoing financial monitoring of large construction projects

• Ensuring and following up on project milestones and accurate reporting

• Contributing to the development and improvement of routines and working methods within project finance

• Preparing analyses and reports for project and management groups

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of Project Controller, we are looking for someone with a solid financial background and experience in project finance within construction or infrastructure projects. You are analytical, communicative, and thrive in a role with many collaborative interfaces. We would like you to have:

• A degree in finance or equivalent documented competence acquired in another way

• Experience as a project controller/project economist in infrastructure or construction projects

• Good understanding of project management and financial monitoring processes

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly

• Good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with multiple functions

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience with SAP or other major business systems

• Experience working in larger, complex project organizations
