We are now looking for an Assistant in Project Quality for our client in Finspång with about 100 employees. This is a broad and important role where you work closely with both managers and colleagues to ensure that the operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As an assistant in project quality and development, you have a central support function in the organization. You are an administrative hub and a natural contact point for questions regarding structure, systems, and working methods.

The role combines operational administration with support in follow-up and quality work, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the management team.

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Be an administrative support and “jack-of-all-trades” in the office for about 100 employees
• Serve the staff and act as a key user for travel bookings and reimbursements
• Support the introduction and onboarding of new employees
• Update, compile, and follow up on measurements and key figures
• Participate in management meetings and be responsible for documentation and follow-up

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and solution-focused, and who thrives in a broad role with many contact points. You have good administrative skills and work carefully and independently, and you easily adapt to new systems and working methods.

You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work or a similar support function
• Experience with travel booking systems and handling travel expenses
• Familiarity with follow-ups, measurements, or quality work
