In the role of administrator, you will proactively support our customers' processes and strategies throughout the entire chain, from order until the end customer receives their delivery. You will actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction. Through proactive planning, you ensure that our goods are delivered as planned. You will primarily work with customer service, mainly in writing but also via phone, and you will have many daily contacts with both the production department, carriers, and customers.

• Providing support to corporate customers via email and phone
• Monitoring transports
• Handling deviations in the form of complaints
• Providing information related to extra vehicles
• Analyzing results related to quality and delivery deviations
• Various follow-ups and other administrative tasks

The position is a full-time consulting assignment via OnePartnerGroup but will be performed on-site at PostNord TPL, Västerbyholmsvägen 10 in Norrköping. The assignment runs from March until September 2026, with working hours from 07:00 to 16:00 on weekdays. Since the position is primarily seasonal, it is important that you, as an applicant, are available to work during the summer of 2026. There may be a possibility for extension of the assignment.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in customer service, who enjoys working administratively and is skilled at expressing themselves professionally in writing and speech in Swedish. You have good system skills and are comfortable working in the Office suite.

You have the ability to quickly switch to new tasks when needed and can independently determine when this is necessary. Furthermore, you are engaged, communicative, and enjoy providing high-quality service in daily customer contacts. As we are a group that works closely together, it is important that you have good teamwork skills and find it easy to build relationships both internally and externally.
