About the role of Export Control Analyst

As an Export Control Analyst at Saab Aeronautics, you will be an important part of the company's export control function within Business Support. Here, you work to ensure that current and future business is handled in accordance with Swedish and international laws and regulations.

You will be part of an engaged team that operates across multiple locations and supports the business in various issues related to export control.

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Processing applications to Swedish and foreign authorities
  • Monitoring and reporting to authorities regarding permits, products, and export flows
  • Handling end-user certificates and export classification of hardware, software, and information
  • Participating in projects and supporting the business with advice on export control issues
  • Contributing to internal training in the field of export control
  • Supporting the organization in daily work by following up on deliveries, permits, and export regulations

 

This is an administrative and analytical role that requires structure, responsibility, and the ability to understand both technical and legal contexts.

In the position of Export Control Analyst, we are looking for someone who has:

The role of Demand & Export Coordinator suits you if you focus on the customer's best interests, are unpretentious, and dare to ask instead of guess.

 

Required qualifications

 

  • Relevant education in export, technology, law, economics, or administration
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
  • Technical understanding – for example, the ability to read drawings, schematics, or CAD documents
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Swedish citizenship (requirement for security clearance)
  • Willingness to travel as needed

 

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Experience working in export control, customs, procurement, or government contact
  • Knowledge of the IFS business system
  • Basic understanding of international trade and regulations

Location: Linköping or Huskvarna

Scope: Full-time, daytime
