HR Coordinator at Rimaster Electrosystem
Do you want to work closely with HR, take responsibility in your daily tasks, and help build an HR function that makes a difference? Rimaster Electrosystem is now looking for an HR Coordinator to join the HR team in Rimforsa – conveniently located about 20 minutes from Linköping (Mjärdevi). This is a role for someone with several years of HR experience who enjoys an operational and administrative role and wants to further develop alongside an experienced HR manager in a technical and stable environment. At Rimaster, you will work closely with the organization, contribute to structure and quality in HR work – while also helping to shape both the role and the HR function over time.
About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will be part of a close-knit team with the HR manager and administrator, where you will provide daily support to the HR manager and the organization’s managers. The role is operational and closely tied to the business, with clear administrative responsibilities and active work in advising, developing, and improving.
Your primary location will be in Rimforsa, but you will also support Rimaster Cab & Mechanics in Horn with HR-related matters as needed. You will also be part of Rimaster's global HR network, where HR colleagues from different parts of the group collaborate, share experiences, and develop common working methods. This provides you with opportunities for knowledge exchange, international perspectives, and contributing to the development of HR work, both locally and at the group level.
The role is under development, which means that you – together with the HR manager – will have significant opportunities to influence how the work is structured, which HR areas you take responsibility for, and how the role evolves over time. You will be a central part of the HR team and actively contribute to creating effective structures, uniform working methods, and quality in HR processes.
Once HR systems and administrative flows are in place, the ambition is for the role to gradually evolve towards more tactical HR work, with greater responsibilities in selected HR areas and increased focus on improvement and development issues.
Your Main Responsibilities
In the role of HR Coordinator, you will work with:
- Operational support to the HR manager and close collaboration in daily HR work
- HR administration, documentation, and follow-up
- Support to managers in recruitment and onboarding
- Ongoing work with workplace environment and administration related to SAM
- Participation in simpler rehabilitation cases
- Administration related to training and competence development
- Ensuring uniform HR routines and contributing to improved working methods
- Participation in implementation and work in HR systems
You will grow into the role over time and gain increased responsibility as both you and the HR function develop.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has worked with HR for a few years and feels comfortable in an operational and administrative HR role. You are structured, meticulous, and service-minded, and enjoy working closely with the business and supporting managers in their daily tasks. You work in a planned and organized manner, but are also flexible and able to prioritize and re-prioritize when new or more urgent issues arise.
You find it easy to collaborate and build trust, but you are also willing to be clear and demanding when necessary. As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and eager to develop within HR – both in your own role and in how HR work is conducted in the organization.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary or academic education in HR, human resources, labor relations, or equivalent
- Experience in one or more HR areas, such as HR administration, recruitment, workplace environment, labor law, or rehabilitation
- Experience working closely with managers in a supportive HR role
- Excellent administrative skills and a structured and flexible working style
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of the Office suite
