We are looking for the next star in staffing & recruitment in Linköping

We are seeking a driven and eager person who wants to work with staffing and recruitment. The position is 50% with the possibility to grow to full-time.

You will work closely with recruitment, staffing, customer relations, and personnel responsibility from the first contact to follow-up.

The role suits you if you enjoy working with people, business, and freedom with responsibility.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 180 higher education credits (requirement for Rusta & Matcha) or post-secondary education and personnel responsibility.
• Is driven, self-sufficient, and relationship-building
• Has a large network, preferably within business or community life
• Enjoys sales, recruitment, and customer contact
• Has a B driver's license
