About the role

As Operations Support, you have a central role where you are responsible for recruiting new employees and coordinating staffing and scheduling. You work closely with our Operations Managers and are responsible for ensuring that we are appropriately staffed and that we have the right skills available based on customer needs.

You manage the entire staffing process, from advertising and interviews to booking and scheduling employees. The role involves broad administrative responsibilities where you handle personnel bookings, follow up on delivery, and ensure that our internal processes function effectively.

The work involves a fast pace where conditions can change rapidly, and it is therefore important that you thrive in a role where you need to be flexible, available, and solution-oriented. This is not a traditional administrative role with fixed frameworks, but a role where your ability to take responsibility, prioritize, and act is crucial.

Examples of tasks

• Receive and manage orders from customers

• Be responsible for booking and scheduling employees

• Work with recruitment, including advertising, selection, and interviews

• Ensure staffing and delivery in the short and long term

• Handle administration related to staffing and personnel

• Work in business systems, experience with Intelliplan is highly meritorious

• Follow up on delivery, quality, and staffing together with the team

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the staffing industry who understands the importance of structure, responsibility, and delivery. You have experience in recruitment, staffing, or personnel planning and thrive in a role where you work closely with the business and contribute to the whole.

You are a structured and responsible person with a strong drive to do a good job. You have the ability to prioritize, create order, and manage multiple parallel processes simultaneously. You are brave in your working methods, dare to make decisions, and take responsibility for driving the work forward.

You have a good sense of people and understand the importance of building strong relationships, both with customers and employees. You work professionally, communicate clearly, and have a natural focus on quality and delivery.

We are looking for you who have

• Experience from the staffing industry

• Experience in recruitment, scheduling, and booking employees

• Experience in administrative tasks related to staffing

• Good system skills, experience with Intelliplan is highly meritorious

• Ability to work in a structured and organized manner

• Ability to prioritize and work at a varying pace

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Driving license B
