At the office in Linköping, you belong to a team that works to support our clients with competence supply. Although much of the work in the role is done independently, you, together with the team, are engaged in your common goals, results, and the continued development and growth of the business area. Together with our Account Managers, you are responsible for processing clients and delivering candidates that contribute to their continued success.

Your Manager and Your Development

Your manager is Rebecca Kågemyr, LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/rebeccak%C3%A5gemyr/), and she works closely with you and has good insight into your daily work. We have chosen to have operational managers so that you can get the best support in your role. We have a dedicated development program where you, in your role as a Recruitment Consultant, have a clear development plan on an annual basis to develop your skills and sharpen your competencies. Our training program is called Career Steps, and the program is continuously followed up by your manager. You control your career paths with us, and we provide you with the conditions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

In the role of Recruitment Consultant, you will work with recruitment in all our business areas such as IT, Engineering, Finance/Service, Office, and Logistics, and you will also have the opportunity for business area-specific training, which strengthens your competence.

In the role, you will often become our clients' HR Business Partner and have the chance to work consultatively to support organizations in their growth phase beyond recruitment, in areas such as employer branding, onboarding, personality tests, and exit processes.

• Client and Candidate Relationships: Engage in nurturing candidate and client relationships through relationship-building, coaching, and close collaboration.
• Recruitment: Requirement profile, advertisement, selection, interview, presentation to client, and hiring process.
• Sales: Proactively work to identify new needs with our clients and drive your own sales.
• Development: Contribute to the development of our recruitment business, both in the team, at the office, and in the organization as a whole.

What You Bring to the Role of Recruitment Consultant

• Experience in recruitment and an inherent desire to stay at the forefront of the field.
• Good business understanding and a desire to establish good client relationships. We prefer that you have previously worked in a service-oriented environment, preferably in B2B.
• A completed university degree in, for example, HR, economics, or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English, as you will work with both Swedish and international clients.
• Driving license B.

Desired Experience

• Experience in sales, HR, the staffing industry, and/or recruitment or equivalent experience considered comparable.

Our Recruitment Process

We apply ongoing selection and will take down the ad when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. When applying, a CV is requested. We do not use a cover letter as a selection method, so it does not need to be attached. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the position and promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
