As a controller at Saab Dynamics, you will play a central role in financial management and work closely with the organization to support informed decision-making. With a focus on analysis, forecasting, and follow-up, you will help develop and streamline the purchasing function. Your Role

As a Controller within the purchasing function at Saab Dynamics, you will become a key person in operational management. You will analyze and interpret the business from a financial perspective and contribute to actions that increase the organization's implementation capacity and efficiency. In close collaboration with line managers and other controllers, you will work with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the purchasing function.

An important part of the role is to support and guide the organization through financial analyses that create understanding and provide a basis for decision-making. Since much of Saab Dynamics' operations are project-driven, you will also play a central role in ensuring successful project execution. You will work independently but at the same time be part of an engaged team where collaboration, humility, and a shared focus on improvement permeate the work.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a relevant financial education, such as in business administration or industrial economics, and who has a couple of years of experience as a controller or purchaser. Experience in controlling within manufacturing or project operations is a significant advantage, as the role involves close collaboration with the business and requires an understanding of production flows and financial management in an industrial environment.

You have a strong analytical ability and are skilled at interpreting and communicating financial information in a pedagogical way, making it understandable and useful for the business. With your proactive and solution-oriented approach, you take initiative, see opportunities, and actively contribute to improvements. At the same time, you are a team player who thrives in close collaboration with others and finds it easy to build trusting relationships.
