Who are we?
Our main mission at the care and support office is to meet the needs for support, care, and assistance for people in various stages of life, where value is created in the meeting. The office is also responsible for providing food to preschools, schools, and care and support operations.

To work more efficiently and focused towards our set goals, the care and support office is now undergoing an organizational development. We are now looking for engaged and driven operational managers who want to be part of our development journey.
Your tasks
We are now looking for a qualified and committed administrator to the care and support office.
The role of administrator for strategic management support is a multifaceted assignment that includes everything from service and support to advanced administration and analysis. You will work independently and together with other colleagues on a wide variety of tasks where you support the managers in a complex everyday life.
You have a central and important role where you work closely and ensure good structure and efficiency for the operational managers and their management team.
The role is broad, and your tasks include, in addition to monitoring and responding to emails, calendar bookings, service and support, also shorter investigative assignments and quality review of cases as well as other ongoing administration in the form of memos, materials, minutes, organizing meetings, and participating in meetings, coordinating contacts and presentations.
In this role, you are expected to be proactive and stay one step ahead to see and prioritize what needs to be done to facilitate the managers' daily work.
As you may handle sensitive and confidential information, high integrity and professionalism are required. You also take great ownership of your tasks and ensure that they are completed on time and with accuracy.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education, preferably in combination with some post-secondary education. You have good knowledge of and understanding of the municipal decision-making process and have the necessary knowledge of municipal and administrative law as well as the Social Services Act.
You have good experience of qualified administrative tasks with a focus on service. It is an advantage if you have documented experience of the case preparation process in a politically governed organization and feel comfortable preparing cases, writing reports, and decision materials.
You enjoy and feel comfortable speaking in front of groups as you may need to represent your managers in various, sometimes larger contexts.
You are quality-conscious and can easily adapt to changing conditions and needs where you need to handle many questions simultaneously. You work systematically, structured, and have a broad perspective on the operations.
You have high integrity, are unpretentious, and enjoy providing qualified managerial support. It is natural for you to provide good service.
You have very good knowledge of Swedish both in speech and writing and you understand complex linguistic materials and produce documents of high quality with simple and easily understandable language.
You have good knowledge of Office 365 and its various functions as well as knowledge of record keeping and Public 365.
