About the Position
The department has eight units, and the position will belong to the payroll services unit in Norrköping, which currently has 12 employees.
As a payroll consultant, you will work in the payroll system Heroma with payroll administration and handling inquiries from client authorities, responding to cases from employees and managers regarding payroll-related issues according to the Terms Agreement. Our working method is team-based and requires that you enjoy working in a group towards common goals. In your role, it is important that you are proactive and have a solution-focused approach and take responsibility for your tasks.
You will have contact with managers, employees, and HR functions at client authorities as well as other authorities and external parties.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least two years of work experience in the payroll area within the last five years, where payroll processing has been the main task.
Furthermore, you should have the following abilities:
- The ability to analyze and break down problems into their components
- To ensure quality and delivery
- To communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written
- To provide good service
- To engage and drive work forward
- To independently take responsibility for your tasks
- To have the ability to collaborate and contribute positively to the work group's climate
- To be solution-focused
Additionally, it is advantageous if you have:
- A vocational degree as a payroll specialist
- Experience and application of the Terms Agreement
- Experience working with payroll administration in public administration
- Worked with the payroll system Heroma
Other Information
The position is 100% and permanent. We usually apply a six-month probationary period. The position is located in Norrköping. This position requires a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act. As an employee, you may also be placed in a war position based on the needs of total defense.
