About the Position

We are now looking for a project administrator for Saab in Linköping. Saab is growing and needs to expand support with project administration and other coordinating tasks.

This position requires you to pass a security clearance based on current regulations regarding security protection. For positions that require security clearance, additional citizenship obligations may apply.

The position is a consulting assignment through us at Poolia, starting in February and extending to December with the possibility of extension. Selection and interviews are ongoing. We welcome your application.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Compile materials for project managers and contract managers and support them in other administrative tasks
• Security administration
• Encrypted communication and shipments
• Manage shipments of export-controlled information
• Planning of conferences, client meetings, study visits, and training
• Participate in client meetings
• Organize various project internal activities

Who Are You?

To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have several years of experience from a similar role such as administration and/or project work. You are a structured and meticulous person. You have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and a good familiarity with systems. You have the ability to communicate effectively with different levels in the organization, both verbally and in writing, and build trusting relationships. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
