About the Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator for a temporary position with our client in Linköping. The position is to be filled immediately and will last until the end of August 2026. In this role, you will be an important part of the finance team, primarily working with accounts payable, handling incoming invoices, reminders, and collection requests. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys administration, structure, and contributing to efficient financial processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Verify and register supplier invoices
• Prepare and register accounting documentation
• Account balance reconciliation
• Work with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash and bank reconciliations, and investment reporting
• Handle customer invoices
• Prepare documentation for year-end closing and participate in closing activities
• Answer inquiries regarding customer and supplier invoices

About You

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and accustomed to working both independently and as part of a team. You enjoy administrative tasks, have an eye for detail, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems, primarily Unit4 ERP. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop in financial administration and contribute to an efficient working method for our client.

Important for the Position

• High school education or equivalent experience deemed comparable
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with financial systems, primarily Unit4 ERP, or another major financial system
• At least one year of professional experience as a finance assistant or similar
• The role is a temporary position to be filled immediately and will last until the end of August 2026
