Your Responsibilities

In the role of business developer, a large part of the work involves being an information security coordinator and data protection coordinator. The remaining time, you will work on various projects related to the Municipal Executive Administration, where you can act as a project manager to streamline, develop, and improve processes.

In the assignment as an information security coordinator, you will provide support by leading, coordinating, and following up on the operational work within your own administration related to information security issues. You will participate in and coordinate information classifications, risk analyses, and identify the administration's information volumes, as well as disseminate knowledge and educate employees within the administration in the area.

In the assignment as a data protection coordinator, you will be an operational support for managers in fundamental questions, acting as a link between the administration and data protection officers. This may involve assisting in preparing impact assessments, helping with PUB agreements, supporting the organization with data extraction, as well as registering personal data processing in the municipality's register and handling suspected personal data incidents. You will also support the development of routines and working methods in the area.

Your Workplace

The position is located within the Municipal Executive Administration, which is one of eight administrations in Linköping Municipality with approximately 130 employees. We work with municipal-wide strategic issues and provide leadership, direction, and support to other administrations, businesses, organizations, and the municipality's political leadership.

In the role of business developer, you will, together with other cross-administrative support functions (HR, finance, administration, communication, and security), support the managers and employees of the Municipal Executive Administration in their respective areas. You will collaborate with other data protection coordinators and information security coordinators in other administrations, as well as with other roles in the municipality, such as project managers, security coordinators, lawyers, and data protection officers.

The workplace is located in the city hall in central Linköping, and we work based on a flexible working method. Trust-based working hours apply to this position.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with an academic education in, for example, law, information security, social sciences, or another academic education that the employer deems relevant. If you have training in project management, it is considered an advantage.

For the role, you need to have experience in administrative work, basic knowledge, and some experience in information security and data protection regulations, as well as related legislation. Experience working in the public sector, preferably in law or administration, is advantageous. Experience in project management, public access and secrecy legislation, administrative law, and municipal law is also considered an advantage.

For the role, you need to be able to work independently and drive your issues and processes forward. Furthermore, you can communicate solutions clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing. We consider it essential that you can work well with other people and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. We also see that you have the ability to weigh complex information and various considerations and demonstrate judgment in actions and decisions. You have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and quickly change your perspective and approach when the work requires it.

The position requires a very good ability in oral and written communication in Swedish, as the work places high demands on interpreting and writing text, as well as being able to convey it clearly and pedagogically.
