About the role

As a customer service representative, you are the face of Senzum. You will:

• Assist our customers' customers via phone, chat, and email – primarily in Estonian but also in Swedish
• Be a problem solver who makes the customer feel seen and satisfied
• Work in various systems and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
• Collaborate with an engaged team that supports each other

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks Estonian, Swedish, and English fluently in both speech and writing (requirement).
• Is social, communicative, and solution-oriented.
• Has the right attitude and is interested in developing.
• Takes personal responsibility and ownership of your tasks.
• Sees your own role in the team and contributes to the group's success.
• Arrives on time for work and keeps your promises.
• Has computer/system skills (meritorious but not required).

Employment type: On-call employment with hourly wage

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
