We are looking for summer interns for our customer service unit! We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds who are curious about a role focused on customer satisfaction and problem-solving. If you love service and gain energy from making a difference for customers, then you are the person we are looking for.

As a summer intern with us, you will have a versatile and varied job where no two days are the same. You will play a central role in the company with many points of contact, both internally and externally.

You will work with:

• Customer service, incoming calls/emails/chats/visits from our tenants.
• Handling of terminations.
• Registration of fault reports/cases in our property system Vitec.
• Key distribution.

Who are you?

Since you will be in contact with people daily, you are required to be both social and professional, and passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers – residents in the housing areas or our commercial clients.

As a person, you enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with a team, and you communicate easily both within the workgroup and with customers. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and can structure your work effectively.

The following is required for the position:

• At least a high school education.
• At least 18 years old.
• Very good communication skills.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Good computer and system skills, as we work in several different IT systems.

We consider it an advantage if you also have the following:

• Previous experience in the real estate industry with similar tasks.
• Are multilingual, in addition to Swedish and English.
• Work experience in multicultural environments.
• Driving license B.

Other important information

As part of the recruitment process, we will conduct a background check in the form of an extract from the criminal record on the final candidate.

The internships are full-time during the period of June - August with an initial introduction 1-2 weeks prior. Our working hours are weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Location at our new shared property at Vintergatan 2 in Motala.
