About you We are looking for someone who naturally creates good relationships and is attentive to customer needs. You have the drive and desire to develop as a salesperson, as the position involves proactive sales to companies. You have the confidence to take your own initiatives and decisions, and to prioritize between your tasks. You should enjoy working both in a team and independently, and be keen to maintain good communication with your colleagues. 🚗 B driver's license (automatic and manual) 🚗 Good computer skills 🚗 Good Swedish in speech and writing 🚗 Experience in corporate sales is an advantage

It is also advantageous to have a few years of experience as a Car Rental Agent, or experience from other booking operations such as in workshops or hotels. Experience in customer service and/or sales is also a plus.

About the job As a car rental agent with us at Holmgrens Hyrbil, your workdays will be developing with a mix of customer service, administration, and proactive corporate sales. You have a significant responsibility to provide our customers with a smooth and professional experience at every car rental. You will greet customers in person, via phone, and email, as well as handle bookings, contracts, and inquiries regarding our rental cars.

The role also includes proactive work towards companies to present our services and create new business relationships - an opportunity for you to put Holmgrens Hyrbil on the map in Linköping through your own initiatives and ideas.

Responsibilities 🚗 Create an optimal customer experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities at every customer meeting 🚗 Contribute to good occupancy and efficient use of our vehicle fleet 🚗 Prepare, check, and hand over vehicles as well as receive cars upon return 🚗 Proactive corporate sales

Scope: Full-time, 100% with a six-month probationary period Schedule: Daytime, weekdays Location: Linköping Start date: Immediately
