For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are abundant. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs with a very good chance of extension. We apply rolling selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Marketing & Communication Specialist, you will have a strategic and business-oriented role where you are responsible for developing and driving marketing for MGT Aftermarket in an international environment. You will work both strategically and operationally in close collaboration with sales, product line, and communication.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Drive and develop the long-term marketing strategy in line with business goals
• Lead messaging strategy for global key markets and segments
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies together with sales, R&D, and commercialization
• Ensure consistent and brand-aligned communication globally
• Produce and coordinate marketing materials such as customer cases, campaign materials, and sales support
• Support product launches, campaigns, training, and events
• Drive the development of digital, automated, and AI-supported marketing methods
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing between international teams

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in strategic marketing in a technical and international environment. You are analytical, business-oriented, and thrive in a role where you can combine strategy with operational execution. We would like you to:

• Have experience working with long-term marketing strategies and messaging platforms.
• Have a good understanding of B2B marketing within industry, energy, or related sectors.
• Be accustomed to working cross-functionally with sales, technology, and communication.
• Have experience with digital marketing tools and an interest in AI and automation.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
