About the Role

As an Employee, you are a key person in the daily operations of the store. Primarily, we are looking for cashiers and stock replenishment. You actively work with sales, service, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked, inspiring, and ready to meet the customer. With a focus on care, business acumen, and the customer's needs, you create a personal and positive interaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Create a professional, inspiring, and personal customer interaction
• Ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing and that products are price-tagged
• Participate in the follow-up of campaigns and sales results
• Report operational disruptions and safety risks to the responsible person
• Contribute to a safe, ergonomic, and pleasant work environment as well as a positive workplace climate with teamwork and inclusion

We are looking for someone who

• Has a genuine interest in sales and customer service
• Is quick to learn new systems
• Is solution-oriented, responsible, and business-driven
• Brings positive energy and teamwork
• Has good communication skills and thrives in an active pace
• Has experience in retail sales (preferable but not required)

The Position

Part-time summer position 20-30 hours/week. Start date according to agreement. Working hours include evenings and weekends.

Recruitment

Selection is ongoing. Psychological tests (MAP and Matrigma) are used in the process. A background check will be conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who proceeds to the final stage.
