Ecochange is a leading Swedish provider of benefit bicycles and employee benefits, founded in 2015. They offer a complete solution for employers with a focus on sustainability, administration, and security, including insurance and support.

DC Talents is now looking for driven student employees for part-time customer service jobs at Ecochange in Norrköping. The role is suitable for you who are studying and want to work part-time during the spring, with the possibility of hourly work also during the summer, as well as part-time during the autumn. The intended start is at the end of February/beginning of March, and the assignment begins with a thorough introduction.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a customer service employee, you will be an important contact point for the company's customers, which may include regions, municipalities, and larger companies. You will handle inquiries via phone and email and assist with questions regarding contracts, orders, and other administrative matters. This may involve which benefit bicycle is the best fit or how a contract works. No prior knowledge of the benefit products is required; the most important thing is your service mindset and communication skills.

You will be part of a small, close-knit team with a supportive culture where everyone helps each other and has a good laugh. It is a fast-paced and changing company, which means that a lot happens, and you need to be flexible.

Working hours are scheduled during office hours, 08:00–17:00 (08:00–16:00 on Fridays), with both full and half days depending on needs and how your studies are scheduled.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is currently studying at least 50% and has the opportunity to work extra during the upcoming spring, summer, and autumn. We also see that you have some form of background in service professions, such as customer service, retail, restaurant, or reception. For the role, it is required that you can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and it is a big plus if you speak additional languages.
