About the role
As a customer service representative, you will be the face of Senzum. You will:
- Assist our customers' customers via phone, chat, and email – primarily in Czech but also in Swedish
- Be a problem solver who makes the customer feel seen and satisfied
- Work in various systems and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
- Collaborate with an engaged team that supports each other
We are looking for someone who
- Speaks Czech, Swedish, and English fluently in both spoken and written form (requirement).
- Is social, communicative, and solution-oriented.
- Has the right attitude and is interested in developing.
- Takes personal responsibility and ownership of your tasks.
- Sees your own role in the team and contributes to the group's success.
- Arrives on time for work and keeps your promises.
- Has computer/system skills (meriting, but not required).
No previous experience in customer service? - No problem, we will train you!

Employment type: On-call employment with hourly wage
Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
