Healthcare Administrator for the Neurophysiology Clinic

We are now looking for a healthcare administrator for the Neurophysiology Clinic at the University Hospital in Linköping.

You will be part of a team of three healthcare administrators.

Our Offer

At the Neurophysiology Clinic, Sensory Center, University Hospital in Linköping, we conduct electrophysiological diagnostics related to diseases of the peripheral and central nervous system as well as muscle disorders. We primarily collaborate with specialists in neurology, neurosurgery, and pediatrics. We also have cooperation agreements with Örebro, Kalmar, and Jönköping counties. The clinic conducts research projects together with Linköping University. The clinic has 37 employees distributed across various professional roles.

Job Description

The healthcare administrator's tasks are partly on a rotating schedule where we share certain tasks, and to some extent, you will have your own area of responsibility. We have virtually no dictation, but many other enjoyable tasks such as handling referrals, phone consultations, booking patients, invoicing, etc. You will also work closely with our other professional groups at the clinic.

About You

To thrive and fit in with us, your personal qualities are important.

We are looking for someone with formal training as a healthcare administrator. Since we work in the Cosmic, PAF, and Sectra journal systems, it is advantageous if you have good knowledge of these systems as well as strong skills in expressing yourself in the Swedish language, both verbally and in writing.

In addition to the systems, you need to be flexible. Being flexible with us means being able to adapt to the current situation and change focus, which is crucial as unforeseen events may arise.

We work closely together and need good communication to successfully solve the tasks we encounter in our daily work. Thus, the position suits you if you enjoy collaboration and are attentive and communicative with both colleagues, patients, and relatives.
