ACTIA EMS Sweden AB manufactures advanced electronics for a national and international customer base. We are located in Mjärdevi Linköping and currently have over 40 engaged employees. We provide our customers with the latest technology and also offer development services, DFM, and construction of test equipment.

We have a significantly increasing order intake and are now looking for a senior salesperson who wants to help further develop our business and strengthen our market position.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and business-driven salesperson with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within technical solutions or manufacturing industry. At ACTIA EMS Sweden AB, you will work strategically and operationally with the entire sales cycle and play a key role in our continued growth.

Responsibilities may include:

• Driving and developing long-term customer relationships within Sweden and the rest of the Nordic countries.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and strategic customer segments.

• Conducting qualified customer meetings and business negotiations at decision-maker level.

• Managing complex quotation processes in close collaboration with project managers and technical specialists.

• Representing ACTIA at trade shows, events, and industry forums.

• Contributing to business strategy, pricing, and market positioning.

• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and further developing existing business.

You are expected to have a good understanding of production flows – from prototype and industrialization to volume production and logistics – and be able to conduct business dialogues both technically and commercially.

The position may be subject to security clearance according to the Security Protection Act, which may require Swedish citizenship.

About you:

Requirements:

• High school diploma (post-secondary education is an advantage).

• Swedish citizenship.

• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

• B driver's license.

• Willingness to travel for work.

• Several years of documented experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology, industry, or EMS.

Personal qualities:

We are looking for someone who combines business acumen with a strong drive and natural leadership in customer dialogue. You are confident in your role as a senior salesperson and have the ability to build trust at all levels of an organization.

Furthermore, we believe you have:

• Documented experience in driving and closing complex deals with longer sales cycles.

• The ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.

• A structured and strategic approach to work.

• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written form.

• The ability to build long-term relationships and act as an advisory partner to the customer.

Desirable qualities:

• Experience from EMS, contract manufacturing, or related industry.

• Experience in international sales.

• Post-secondary education in technology, economics, or sales.
