About the position

We are now looking for a rental agent for our office in Linköping! The temporary position starts on April 1 and lasts for one year.

At Sveafastigheter, customer satisfaction, service, and an efficient rental process are our focus. As a rental agent, you will be an important part of our dedicated team in the region, where you work with colleagues to create safe and pleasant living environments for our tenants.

The role involves a fast-paced environment with a lot of customer contact. You will work with everything from marketing, initial contact with customers to contract writing, and ensure that other administrative parts are taken care of. You will collaborate closely with property managers, other rental agents in the company, our rental administration, and our property technicians.

Examples of tasks:

  • Responsible for contact with existing and potential tenants and ensuring that the rental process works efficiently.

  • Strategic work to ensure our properties are rented out on time and to the right tenant.

  • Conduct pre-inspections, manage rental agreements, and reconcile payments.

  • Administer and update the marketplace HomeQ and the property systems Vitec hyra and Vitec technical management.

  • Independently market our apartments and actively engage potential tenants and the existing housing queue for each area.

  • Assess the need for home lifts in apartments and calculate returns.

Who are we looking for?

If you are sales-driven, self-sufficient, and enjoy the real estate industry, you will fit well in this role. You have a business sense and a natural drive to create value and good solutions for your customers. You focus on the customer's needs and act quickly and effectively based on that.

Personal qualities are very important in the selection for this position, and the formal requirements are:

  • Education in economics or equivalent at the high school level

  • Experience in sales and/or customer service

  • Very good MS Office skills

  • Driver's license B

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English (both spoken and written). If you can also communicate in additional languages, we see it as a great advantage.

If you have previously worked in the real estate industry, we consider it a strong merit.
