We are looking for an operational purchaser for a position within the group's purchasing function. The role involves working in the Group Procurement system Hansa, focusing on executing purchase orders for indirect materials and services, in close collaboration with colleagues and suppliers.

About the assignment

As an operational purchaser, you will manage purchase orders and monitor Procurement Support where cases and internal inquiries are handled. You will collaborate with strategic purchasers regarding the choice of call-off and invoicing methods and contribute to ensuring effective and accurate purchasing flows.

The assignment also includes contract administration and handling in DocuSign, as well as support in sourcing projects as needed. You are responsible for ensuring that system content related to goods, services, and products is correct, and that prices and delivery terms (T&C) are updated.

Furthermore, the role includes dialogue with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure understanding and implementation of terms, correct supplier onboarding, and setting up punch-out and catalogs. The role may also involve generating reports and some data analysis.
