About the position

In this role, you will be a key person in shaping and driving the long-term marketing strategy for the client's global aftermarket operations. You will work closely with commercialization managers, product line managers, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that marketing communication supports business goals.

Your daily work will involve a variety of tasks, from developing strategic messages and go-to-market concepts to creating content, coordinating event support, and ensuring that communication and branding are consistent globally. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany, as well as with internal marketing and communication teams.

You will be part of a global Sales Operations team that works with marketing strategy, communication materials, portal and system management, product catalogs, and support for the sales organization. The team is central to strengthening the company's aftermarket business and ensuring clear communication throughout the product lifecycle – from concept to phase-out.

Your main tasks

As a Marketing & Communication Specialist, you will among other things:

• Define and drive the long-term marketing strategy in line with the company's goals.
• Design and lead messaging strategies for prioritized global markets and segments.
• Develop, update, and coordinate go-to-market concepts together with the sales organization, commercialization managers, and R&D.
• Conduct benchmarking of marketing methods and trends within relevant industries.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication, including style guides and internal tools.
• Explore and implement automated and AI-supported marketing methods.
• Coordinate and promote knowledge sharing between global marketing and product line teams.
• Produce and quality assure marketing materials such as videos, brochures, pop-ups, and customer references.
• Support and coordinate User Conferences, regional training, and other event logistics.
• Manage and quality assure content in internal and external portals, including approval processes.
• Support internal and external communication initiatives related to launches and campaigns.

Who are you?

• Experience in strategic marketing work in a technical or international environment.
• Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Experience working with messaging strategies and segment-focused communication.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, R&D, and commercial teams.
• Experience in benchmarking and working with industry insights.
• Good ability to ensure brand alignment in larger organizations.
• Interest in or experience with automated and AI-based marketing methods.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with global knowledge sharing.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience from related industries such as energy, turbines, industrial applications, or aftermarket.
• Experience with product launches and technical marketing materials.
• Experience producing visual marketing content.
