Job ResponsibilitiesAs an advisor at ErgoNova, you will have an independent and responsible role where you represent the company's concept and products within your geographical area. The role combines relationship building, consulting, and sales, with support from an experienced and engaged head office.
ErgoNova is characterized by a communicative culture with close cooperation between advisors and the head office. You will be an important part of the company's continued development and growth. The company offers an attractive benefits package, good introduction, and access to solid knowledge about the market and products.
Your area of operation includes Södermanland/Östergötland, and you will work from home as your office. The role involves a large degree of personal responsibility where you plan and structure your working hours to achieve set goals. To succeed in the role, we see it as an advantage if you live within the district and have a B driver's license and access to your own car.
You will also:
Work as an advisor and ambassador for ErgoNova's products and services
Create and develop long-term customer relationships within your geographical area
Be responsible for sales, customer dialogue, and business development
Manage and further develop an existing customer portfolio

You have a strong business drive, are relationship-oriented, and are motivated by creating value for both the customer and the business. As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and professional in your approach.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
Extensive experience in B2B sales
Previous experience from related industries such as healthcare, employee health, or spa and relaxation
Start date: by agreement
