We are now looking for driven and results-oriented customer service representatives for our office in Norrköping!

About the role

As a customer service representative at Allente, you play a crucial role in assisting customers and ensuring their experience is positive. You will handle incoming calls from customers who need help with everything from billing inquiries to technical support and actively work to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.

What you will do:

  • Support customers over the phone through incoming cases regarding payments, invoices, or technical support. Outgoing calls may occur.
  • Conduct simple troubleshooting for TV and broadband services.
  • Offer customized solutions and campaigns to maximize customer satisfaction in every call.
  • Use your persuasive communication skills to actively identify customer needs and drive upselling by creating value in the customer's continued use of the service.
  • Work towards clear goals and have the opportunity to earn commission bonuses.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has approved grades in Swedish A/1 and English A/5.
  • Has a sense of good customer service and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Is curious about upselling and has an interest in sales to find the best solutions for the customer.
  • Is a good listener with a professional and trustworthy demeanor.
  • Can work full-time from our office in Norrköping, Sankt Persgatan 19.

It is highly meritorious if you:

  • Have previous experience in sales and/or customer service and thrive in a goal-oriented and results-driven environment.
  • Have language skills in any of the other Nordic languages; Danish, Finnish, and Norwegian. This may mean that you will assist in other markets if you are multilingual.

  • Location: On-site at our office in Norrköping, Sankt Persgatan 19.
