Sto Scandinavia develops, produces, and markets products and system solutions within facade, interior, flooring, and concrete. Sto is a supplier of high-quality building materials responsible for the entire chain from development and production to marketing and sales.

Sto Scandinavia's Nordic headquarters is located in Linköping.

About the position

As an inside sales representative, you are expected to deliver high service to customers and in daily contact with the rest of the organization. The tasks are usually performed at a fast pace where you, through independent work, take significant responsibility for planning and structuring prioritized tasks.

Together with your colleagues at StoCenter, you will work in a positive and creative work environment while striving to achieve set goals.

The position is a consulting assignment with employment by Poolia, with an immediate start desired and lasting until the end of August. Working hours are scheduled Monday - Friday between 06:30-16:00 and the position is 100%.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will initially be primarily responsible for retrieving materials and ensuring they are available for our customers, while also contributing to maintaining a high level of customer service and internal support by assisting and helping with sales and advice to both internal and external customers.

Other common tasks in the role that you will gradually work with include;

• Order registration in the business system to ensure correct delivery and follow-up.
• Handling of credits to manage any adjustments and complaints.
• Registration and follow-up of complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Color mixing, delivery, and ordering of goods based on customers' specific needs.
• Support the region's salespeople by being an operational support and ensuring smooth workflows.

Who are you?

We see that you are a responsible, self-driven, and social person who is meticulous and structured with a high sense of service. Previous experience in administration, retail, or customer service is an advantage.

• You have good computer skills; experience with the SAP business system is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish.
• A forklift license A is required.
• Experience from the construction sector or knowledge of the construction process is highly advantageous.
