Do you want to drive strategic marketing in a global, technical environment? In this role, you will shape messaging and go-to-market concepts for the MGT aftermarket, closely collaborating with sales and communication to ensure a consistent market presence across prioritized segments. You will be a key player in an international team working to enhance our global marketing initiatives.
About the Role
You will work daily with commercialization managers, product line, and regional sales teams to ensure that strategic marketing priorities support the goals of the Medium Gas Turbine (MGT) aftermarket. The work alternates between developing strong messaging for prioritized markets such as data centers, oil and gas, renewable energy, and global services, as well as driving content strategies that provide consistent communication within the organization. You will develop go-to-market concepts, review communication materials, and work with tools that enhance efficiency and workflows. The role involves close collaboration with product line marketing and corporate communication, as well as ongoing coordination and knowledge sharing with global teams in Europe.
How You Make a Difference
- Lead the long-term strategic marketing plan for MGT
- Design and drive messaging strategies for global markets and segments
- Develop and manage go-to-market concepts in collaboration with sales, commercialization, and R&D
- Benchmark marketing across industries and competitors
- Ensure brand alignment and coordination with communication and product line marketing
- Lead the implementation of automated and AI-driven marketing methods
- Promote knowledge sharing among line marketing teams
- Oversee the production of media materials such as videos, flyers, and case studies
- Support the planning of user conferences, training, and events
- Manage content and documentation in portals
- Facilitate internal and external communication during launches and campaigns
What You Bring
- Experience in strategic marketing within industry, energy, or related sectors
- Ability to drive brand and messaging strategies globally
- Experience in benchmarking, communication coordination, and AI support in marketing
- Ability to support knowledge sharing and global initiatives across product lines
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Our Sales Operations team is a vital part of the product positioning department within the Business Line After Market, Medium Gas Turbine (MGT), dedicated to enabling smooth product delivery and customer engagement. We support marketing and communication strategy as well as material production, development of CPQ sales tools, customer portal, and Salesforce data management, along with ownership of product catalogs. By integrating these areas, we strengthen our sales operations, deliver real business value to our sales organization and customers, and support the entire lifecycle of our service products - from concept to retirement.
