DC Talents is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for our client, a growing company in the medical technology sector. The position is a temporary recruitment for 12 months initially, where you will be employed as a consultant at DC Talents and rented out to the client during the assignment period. The ambition is for you to then transition to a permanent position with the client, provided that all parties are satisfied. The location is Linköping, where you will work from the client's modern premises. The position is full-time with a desired start in April 2026.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role of Customer Service Coordinator is an independent and responsible position where you have the overall responsibility for incoming customer inquiries. You will be the sole person in this function but will collaborate daily with analysis engineers, technical teams, and project managers, reporting to the Production Manager.

All customer communication occurs via email, and you will be in contact with both national and international customers. The inquiries can vary from requests for minor adjustments and updates to more complex questions regarding, for example, measurement values or technical results.

You are responsible for driving each case from start to finish. Sometimes you will solve the issue yourself, and sometimes you will need to coordinate the right expertise internally. Therefore, the role requires that you enjoy coordinating, following up, and ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and with high quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle customer inquiries via email
  • Prioritize, structure, and follow up on incoming cases
  • Coordinate internal resources as needed and ensure progress
  • Document cases and ensure correct information management
  • Work according to established quality requirements and internal processes
  • Contribute to the development and efficiency of the support function

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with experience in a coordinating role, such as customer service, support, or administration. You are used to working in a structured manner and managing multiple parallel cases simultaneously.

A technical interest is important in this role. You do not need to be a technical expert, but you should feel comfortable understanding systems, grasping technical reasoning, and communicating with specialists. Experience from a technically oriented or regulated industry is a plus.

For this position, it is required that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Since most customer contact occurs in English, it is important that you feel comfortable with professional communication in international contexts.
