About the Position

We at Ikett Personalpartner are now looking for a Planner for one of our clients in Finspång!

In this role, you will work to support customer projects by creating and updating site schedules. You will also collaborate closely with technical support, planners, and field service resources to develop and optimize schedules. You will actively work with tools such as OnePM and Primavera according to established processes, as well as participate in improvement work to streamline internal routines.

Your tasks also include supporting other departments and projects with continuous improvements. You will work both independently and in teams to achieve common goals. The position requires that you thrive in an environment where the pace can vary and where you handle multiple complex issues simultaneously.

The working hours are during the day, and the start date for the position is immediate or as agreed. The assignment is planned to continue indefinitely with a good chance of employment with the client company.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in similar tasks, preferably in project planning or preparation.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Structured and organized work methodology.
• Ability to handle multiple complex tasks at varying pace.
• Good computer skills with a willingness to learn new systems and working methods.

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, orderly, and have good collaboration skills since the work takes place at our clients' sites. We continuously work with incoming applications and only contact those who meet the application requirements.
