In this central and responsible role, you will drive and coordinate the implementation of changes affecting the production of Gripen. This is a role for you who thrive in a coordinating position with many points of contact.About the role

As Change Lead, you are responsible for coordinating hardware changes from the incoming channel until the change is implemented in the aircraft, whether it occurs in-house, with partners, during flight testing, or at units, as well as continuous coordination of production improvements. You will work closely with resources in areas such as design, industrialization, procurement, and production to drive the changes through the change service process. You will:

  • Receive and initiate new change requests
  • Call and lead relevant meetings
  • Develop and present implementation plans and impact analyses
  • Coordinate involved functions and competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English
  • Relevant work experience, for example as a project planner, project coordinator, or in an administrative role with extensive planning work, preferably with experience in production operations

  • Post-secondary education in logistics
  • Good knowledge of MS Project and the Office suite (especially Excel)
