ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work closely with project managers and quality functions, ensuring that documentation, follow-up, and administration actually meet the level required in a global industrial environment. When the pace picks up, you are the one who creates order. When many are involved, you are the one who keeps the threads together.

You will, among other things:

• Ensure that documentation is correct, updated, and traceable • Follow up on activities and deadlines in projects • Coordinate administrative parts of deliveries • Contribute to structure in quality work • Be a natural point of contact between different functions

This is a role for you who thrive when given responsibility and who knows that structure is not bureaucracy – it is the prerequisite for success.

ABOUT YOU

You enjoy when things are well thought out. You like when there is a plan, but you can also handle when reality changes.

We believe you have experience in administrative work in a project or industrial environment and that you feel comfortable working in business systems, preferably SAP or similar. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and are used to collaborating with different types of roles.

But most importantly, it’s about how you are: You take responsibility. You see the big picture and you dare to speak up when something needs to be adjusted.

You don’t have to be the loudest in the room, but you are often the one who sees the most.
