We are now looking for a Business Developer for our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are abundant. This is initially a consulting assignment for approximately 10 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply rolling selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Developer, you play a key role in identifying, initiating, and leading improvement and development initiatives. You work both strategically and operationally and provide qualified support to managers and leadership teams. You will, for example:

• Lead and facilitate change and improvement initiatives
• Drive process development and efficiency of business flows
• Support the organization in strategic work and implementation
• Work with change management and strengthen leaders in transformation
• Develop working methods, methods, and structures for long-term improvement
• Coach teams and contribute to increased organizational maturity

The role involves many points of contact, and you will be an important enabler in translating strategy into concrete results.

Your Profile

You have several years of experience in business development in a complex organization, preferably within industry, technology, or project-intensive operations. You are used to working closely with management and have documented experience in driving change initiatives with clear impact.

We would like you to have:

• A university degree in, for example, engineering, industrial economics, management, or equivalent
• Experience in change management
• Good understanding of business processes and value streams
• Experience in leading projects
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
