Finance Assistant for International Company in Linköping

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a finance assistant for an international company with an office in Linköping. You will be part of a dedicated and close-knit finance team responsible for accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and credit assessments for several companies within the group.

The team works closely together and supports each other in daily tasks. The role means that you will have your own area of responsibility while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the financial flow and the opportunity to contribute to the improvement and efficiency of processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

  • Manage supplier invoices from receipt to payment
  • Work with customer invoicing and follow-up on payments
  • Conduct credit assessments of new and existing customers
  • Perform reconciliations against bank and general ledger
  • Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of financial processes

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has post-secondary education in finance or relevant work experience
  • Has experience working with accounts payable or receivable
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish & English
  • Has good system skills and experience with financial systems

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Education in international finance
  • Experience with financial systems
