Responsibilities:

• Credit processing, including credit assessment, credit monitoring, customer setup, security assessments, and risk management, as well as evaluating business ideas and their profitability.
• Meet private customers, either physically, via phone, or digital channels, and develop long-term comprehensive solutions that meet their needs.
• Ensure that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling with a focus on the customer's needs.
• Make credit decisions according to applicable guidelines and regulations, both internal and external.

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven and engaged person who is good at communicating, both with customers and colleagues. You need to have good administrative skills, as both mortgage transactions and customer advisory require careful documentation, processing, and follow-up. You should also be comfortable making your own decisions and demonstrate great business acumen and professionalism in your work. Previous experience in mortgage lending and a Swedsec license are considered advantageous.
