Are you detail-oriented, solution-focused, and accustomed to working with details? We are looking for a consultant for an assignment with a municipal client, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to ensuring accurate data in a trust-based system.

About the assignment

We are seeking a consultant for 50% to a municipal client starting immediately for a duration of 6 months. The work is conducted during office hours and there is flexibility regarding working hours. You will work on-site at the client's premises in Täby.

Your tasks

The assignment involves reviewing information in the client's trust-based system (a system containing information about how long politicians have served in specific bodies) to ensure it aligns with the minutes. The work primarily takes place in Netpublicator Elected but also in Word/Excel. The task requires patience, accuracy, and an eye for detail. Additionally, one needs to be solution-focused, responsible, and enjoy repetitive tasks.

Your qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Previous experience in similar work or a role requiring attention to detail and systematic approach

Meritorious

• Experience from politically governed organizations
• Understanding of decision-making processes and structures
• Familiarity with working in Netpublicator Elected
