JOB DESCRIPTION
As an HR officer at Frivården Sollentuna, you will independently guide the managers of the organization on all matters related to HR. In the role of HR officer, your tasks will include supporting local management in achieving organizational goals, maintaining a good working environment, and enabling present leadership. You will also assist the prison officers (first-line managers) with all personnel-related issues, such as supporting salary reviews, rehabilitation cases, and professional development. The work involves both short-term and long-term quality support in individual cases and group-level matters. You will work as a generalist and actively participate in all commonly occurring processes within the HR areas, with a strong focus on rehabilitation, workforce planning, training planning, and various salary matters.
A significant part of the job is to assist and coordinate our recruitment processes. Recruitment of new employees takes place continuously throughout the year. Recruitment is done in collaboration with our regional recruitment organization, and you will also have close cooperation with our local HR administrator. The processes also include following up on introductions at both individual and group levels together with our introduction supervisors.
The role also includes coordinating, processing, and preparing cases with different time perspectives, as well as supporting the probation manager and local management group in certain administrative matters, such as preparing decision materials and other documentation for management group meetings, safety committees, and negotiations. Together with the local management group, you will work towards uniformity within the operational area, where you will be responsible for preparing decision materials and taking minutes.
QUALIFICATIONS

You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Furthermore, you easily adapt to changing circumstances. You are meticulous and well aware of goals and quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR/personnel or another higher education that the employer deems equivalent
- Experience from a previous role in HR
- Experience working in a consultative role within HR
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
Meritorious
- Experience working within or for a government agency
- Experience in systematic work environment management and relevant knowledge of labor law.
- Experience with the personnel system Heroma
- Experience working with rehabilitation processes
- Experience in driving and developing HR processes
OTHER
