Duved School is a K-9 school with approximately 570 students.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teaching assistant, you will work in a team with responsible teachers and other teaching assistants. You will work closely with the student and support all needs to create conditions for optimal growth and learning, where important keywords are inclusion, development, collaboration, and accessibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with neuropsychiatric disabilities is an advantage.

It is advantageous if you have a teaching license or other education that the employer deems relevant (e.g., social worker or behavioral scientist) as well as experience working with students in need of special support.

As a person, you work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what you start, and meet deadlines. You handle stress constructively, maintain a good mood under pressure and adversity. You easily empathize with others, listen, understand, and show consideration. You can adapt and find win-win solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal.
